For technology and analytics teams
Governed energy predictions, running on your premises.
Governed predictions from your lab data, running on your premises.
The problem
What gets in the way today.
Lab data sits in exports
Test data lives in logger files on lab PCs. It is rarely joined to product data or used beyond the final number.
Data teams are stretched
Analytics teams carry many priorities. A lab-ready prediction system is a large build to take on alone.
Test data must stay on site
Many test labs cannot send product test data to an outside cloud.
What you get
Production-grade, governed and on site.
Runs on your premises
Installed on your own servers. Test data never leaves your network.
Works with existing loggers
Starts from the exports your lab already produces. No new hardware, and direct connections only where you approve them.
Every prediction is auditable
Inputs, model version, rule version and the final certified result are logged for each test.
Validation you can inspect
Accuracy is measured on held-out units, with range coverage and false target matches reported.
Governed retraining
Models are retrained on new certified results with sign-off, never silently.
A head start for your data team
Your analysts work with a proven method and working predictions from day one.
Architecture
Everything runs inside your network.
Lab instruments feed the Energy Mark server on your own hardware. People and systems read the results. Your sign-on, firewall, backups and monitoring apply to all of it.
Deployment
On your premises, end to end.
Loggers, the Energy Mark server and the lab screens all sit inside your network. Nothing goes to an outside cloud.
Audit
Every prediction, traceable to its certified result.
Model version, rule version and the final certified value, for every session.
Questions
What your team will ask.
Where does our data go?
Nowhere. Energy Mark runs on your premises and test data stays inside your network.
What does it integrate with?
It starts from your data logger exports. Direct logger, LIMS or data lake connections are added where your IT team approves them.
What skills do we need to run it?
A data engineer or analyst to look after the pipeline, and lab engineers who use the screens. We install, train your team and support it under the licence.
How are models kept current?
Every certified result is compared with its prediction. Retraining happens on a governed schedule with sign-off.
Proof of concept
See it predict your own tests.
A POC on your completed tests shows how early the final result becomes clear for your products.
